Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction by following up as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share feedback and improve processes.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Technical Setup:
    • BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) with the following specs: stable ethernet connection and noise-canceling headset.
    • Access to a designated, quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check before starting.
  • Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, with an option for overtime.
  • Contract Terms: Ability to commit to a 6+ month contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare customer support experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
